It’s a cold, drizzly evening in Gotham and yet she finds herself sweating. “How can I hunt a bat in the dark?” she asks herself, knowing full well that the environment gives the Caped Crusader the advantage. Then she sees him, perched high atop a commercial tower; he seems as still as stone, a gargoyle. She makes her approach, slowly, cautiously; aware of every step, breath, and heartbeat. (more…)

Monday, March 2nd, 2009Spiderman vs. Cyclops
Monday, March 2nd, 2009Cyclops’ optic blast lights up the night and swats Spiderman from the sky, causing him to tumble to the ground. He quickly shakes it off and takes to the sky once more, knowing he has to approach this fight with caution. Peter Parker can ill afford to face this X-Man head on, he’s just too powerful. Monday, March 2nd, 2009Wolverine draws in a deep breath of stale New York air; he knows the Goblin can’t be far away. Staring out at the cityscape, he bides his time, recovering, healing…there’s no hurry; eventually Norman Osborn will come to him. (more…)
Terminator vs. Joker
Wednesday, February 25th, 2009His maniacal laughter pierces the night and yet the robot is unfazed. Much of the cyborg’s face and torso has been burned away by the Joker’s acid but it pushes on. Hulk vs Leonardo
Wednesday, February 25th, 2009Hulk stalked down another alley and screamed in primal frustration. How could a turtle be so damn sneaky? Many leagues of searching were already behind the Hulk which began with a rather pointless attempt at finding the ninja in his hometown sewers. The hours turned into days and slowly Hulk became less and less concerned and began to doubt whether his combatant really existed. Yet, deep down he knew the turtle was near, he could feel it. Then just as Hulk had given up all hope of finding his challenger, he heard the shift of gravel on a roof top above. (more…)
